These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the akr999 website, mobile platform, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by akr999 ("akr999", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting akr999 support.

Access to and use of the akr999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are 21 years of age or older. akr999 operates exclusively as an adult gaming platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial organisation or third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of akr999, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the akr999 Platform or had an account terminated for cause.

akr999 employs third-party identity verification services to validate user age and identity. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability in applicable jurisdictions.

To access the full range of akr999 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the akr999 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. akr999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. akr999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
• Account Currency: The default account currency on akr999 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once selected, account currency cannot be changed.
• Verification: akr999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

akr999 supports a range of Pakistani-native payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Deposits

• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. akr999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• akr999 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. akr999 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status.
• akr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• akr999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms are suspected.

4.3 Transaction Fees

akr999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which akr999 accepts no liability.

akr999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. akr999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise expressly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited without further notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Full game contribution tables are available in the specific promotion terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: akr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will remain valid for the original validity period.

All betting and gaming activity on the akr999 Platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: akr999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by market, game type, and player account tier.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, akr999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The decision of akr999 in such circumstances is final.
• Results: All game results and sports event results are determined by the Platform's certified systems. In the case of live sports betting, the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting body will be used to settle bets.
• Interrupted Games: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome will be determined by the recorded game state at the server level at the time of disconnection.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: All Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket betting markets are subject to the specific rules displayed within the relevant sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akr999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or attempting to intercept or alter any communication with the Platform.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without akr999's prior written consent.
• Any conduct that, in akr999's reasonable opinion, is likely to bring the Platform, its brand, or its reputation into disrepute.

All content on the akr999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, underlying code, software, and game content — is the property of akr999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without akr999's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of akr999 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

akr999 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected and used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
• akr999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to akr999's legal and regulatory retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akr999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or account balances subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, akr999's total liability to you shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your akr999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits akr999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

akr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• akr999 reasonably suspects you of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives necessitate account restriction.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination for cause, akr999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining account balances (net of any applicable bonus funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your akr999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

akr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, akr999 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

akr999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered akr999 users:

In the event of a dispute between you and akr999 relating to the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact akr999 support to seek an informal resolution. akr999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint or dispute within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under akr999's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent akr999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
